How much does shipping cost?
We send all Belaura Candles orders Australia-wide using Australia Post and/or trusted courier services. Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your order size-weight and destination.
We offer FREE standard shipping for orders over $75
How long does delivery take?
All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Victoria, Australia.
Estimated delivery times (after dispatch):

Victoria: 2-4 business days

Other states & territories: 3-9 business days
Delivery may be delayed by external factors such as extreme weather or carrier disruptions.
Do you offer Express Post?
Yes - express shipping is available at checkout where selected. Estimated delivery times:

Can I track my delivery?
Yes — once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can enter this on the carrier’s website for live updates.
What if my parcel is lost or delayed?
Once your parcel leaves our facility, the delivery time is managed by the carrier. If you suspect non-delivery, please contact us and we will assist with tracking and investigation. Note: additional shipping charges may apply if the delivery address provided was incorrect.
What if the address was incorrect?
If you entered an incorrect address, you must notify us immediately. Additional shipping costs may apply for rerouting or re-delivery.
What about damaged parcels?
If your items arrive damaged, please email us within 48 hours with your order number and photos of the damaged goods. We will work with you to arrange replacement or refund.
Returns & Refunds
What if I change my mind?
As our candles are handmade and personalised for homes, we do not offer returns, exchanges or refunds for change of mind purchases.
What if my goods are faulty or not as described?
Under the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a replacement, refund or repair if a product is faulty, unsafe or does not match its description.
If you believe your order has a fault:

Email us at info@belaura.com.au with your order number and a clear description of the fault.

Attach photographs of the faulty item and its batch/production code (if printed).

We will respond within 2 business days to initiate next steps.
What happens if the order arrives damaged in transit?

Email us within 48 hours of receipt, including your order number and photos of the damage.

We will assess and, if approved, arrange a replacement or refund.
Are sale items eligible for return?
Items purchased on sale or at a promotional discount can only be refunded if they are faulty or mis-described. Change of mind does not apply to sale items.
How long do I have to request a return?
For faulty or transit-damaged products, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Approved returns must be unused, in their original packaging and returned within 7 days of approval.
Return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is confirmed faulty.
